Arithmetic practice topics
Calculus.school groups practice by the kind of number a child is working with. Each type keeps its own settings, so a learner can work on whole numbers one day and fractions the next without losing either configuration.
Three exercise types are available today. Each one supports addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, separately or mixed at random.
Available exercise types
- Integers — arithmetic with whole numbers.
- Fractions — arithmetic with numerators and denominators.
- Decimals — arithmetic with decimal numbers.
What every type has in common
- One operation at a time, or a random mix of all four.
- Between 1 and 15 questions per test.
- A time limit set in minutes and seconds.
- Answers typed on an on-screen keypad, or chosen from multiple options.
